Bizionary is pleased to present, on a strictly confidential basis, the opportunity to acquire an established and profitable group operating across professional beauty and aesthetics training and professional beauty products.

The group operates from two established, purpose-built academy locations in Glasgow and Aberdeen and comprises three complementary businesses: a substantial beauty and aesthetics training operation alongside two professional beauty and skincare product businesses.

The core training business offers more than 30 individual courses and career pathways across beauty therapy, advanced aesthetics, skin, massage, nails, lashes, brows, laser-related training, SPMU and other specialist disciplines. The existing facilities have significant capacity for further growth, with multiple fully equipped training rooms and the ability to operate up to eight classes concurrently across the academy locations.

A major strength of the opportunity is the infrastructure already in place. The group has developed a database of more than 25,000 targeted leads, a strong online reputation, established websites and social-media channels, together with sophisticated technology, AI and automated systems supporting enquiries, bookings, communications, certification and administration.

The operating structure is notably lean. There is currently one full-time core employee, supported by a flexible network of self-employed specialist lecturers. The vendor advises that her own involvement has been reduced to approximately one day per week, with key accreditations, lecturer relationships, bookings and supplier relationships not personally dependent upon her.

The business offers considerable scope for further development without necessarily requiring significant investment in additional premises or infrastructure. Opportunities include increasing course frequency, expanding higher-value laser and SPMU training, introducing established programmes into Aberdeen, increasing academy utilisation, expanding professional product sales, developing wholesale and e-commerce channels, monetising the existing audience and pursuing additional publicly funded and public-sector training opportunities.

Projected 2026 turnover of approximately £497,000 and projected 2026 adjusted EBITDA of approximately £287,000.

£1,300,000 for the three operating businesses. The Aberdeen property may also be available by separate negotiation.

The vendor is seeking to step away from the operation and allow a new owner to take the businesses into their next phase of development.
